nobody mentioned anything about adware in one of the plugins.

well went to virustotal (to check if its a false alarm) and got

mm just tested - magic bullet, newblue and pluginpac works like a charm, ultimate S seems to be shattered across categories or something but seems like its also working. Spice master sadly is just making vid part i'm applying it to becomes black... :(

Spice master still doesn't work /crai, anyway, any idea how to install Ultimate S 3.1.7 for Vegas Pro 9 (it gives me error message that it needs vegas 6,7, or 8 -_-)

Keygen for Spicemaster is a virus.
Rest of it doesn't work for SV9.
